Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@plexidrap.store with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Processing Time:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return is completed.


2. Return & Refund Scenarios

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Request: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Attach details of the defect or damage, including photos if possible.
  • Return: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for the defective or damaged item.
  • Refund: After inspection, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement item, based on your preference.

Incorrect Items

  • Request: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item. Include details and photos of the item received.
  • Return: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Refund: If you prefer, we’ll issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the incorrect item.

Items Not Received

  • Request: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us with your order number and details.
  • Resolution: We’ll investigate and either assist in locating the order or issue a refund if it cannot be delivered.

Order Cancellation

  • Request: To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
  • Refund: If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll issue a full refund. For orders already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process after receiving the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Return shipping is free. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • Other Returns: For non defective or non damaged items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: For partial returns, a refund will be issued based on the value of the returned items.

5. Non Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom made or personalized items.
